Responsibilities

• Perform and monitor cath lab procedures with strict adherence to safety protocols.

• Operate and troubleshoot cath lab equipment; report malfunctions promptly.

• Ensure accurate patient data collection and documentation during procedures.

• Adhere to infection control and sterile technique at all times.

• Maintain situational awareness of patient status and escalate concerns promptly.

• Collaborate with interventional team to optimize patient outcomes and workflow.

• Demonstrate a growth mindset through continuous learning and skill enhancement.

• Support performance metrics by accurately recording case times, outcomes, and utilization.

• Assist in pre-procedural patient prep and post-procedural recovery guidance.

• Maintain inventory and restock supplies to ensure uninterrupted lab operations.

• Support pipeline and territory planning by documenting potential resources and leads.

• Uphold company values of merit-based advancement and personal accountability.

Experience/Qualifications

• Licensed cath lab technician with current cardiology instrumentation experience.

• Proficient operation and troubleshooting of cath lab equipment with safety focus.

• Accurate real-time documentation of patient data and procedural outcomes.

• Strict adherence to infection control and sterile technique.

• Ability to monitor patient status and escalate concerns promptly.

• Collaborative interventional team player to optimize patient outcomes.

• Accurate recording of case times, outcomes, and resource utilization.

• Demonstrated growth mindset with ongoing professional development.

• Assist with pre-procedural prep and post-procedural recovery guidance.

• Inventory management and supply restocking to maintain lab operations.
