A Phoenix Neuropsychological Services Group is searching for a sharp, highly organized High-Level Executive Assistant to support a growing forensic psychology and neuropsychological practice involved in complex criminal defense matters. This is a full-time in-office position supporting the operational flow of a specialized forensic psychology practice.

- Base Salary: $70,000-$80,000 annually (depending on experience)

Responsibilities:- Manage scheduling, calendars, communications, and daily operations
- Organize and summarize legal, medical, and psychological records
- Proofread and support forensic and mitigation reports
- Coordinate with attorneys and external stakeholders
- Improve workflows, systems, and operational efficiency
- Leverage AI tools and cloud platforms to streamline work
- 3 to 5 years experience in EA, operations, paralegal, or similar role
- Strong writing, proofreading, and organizational skills
- High attention to detail, judgment, and discretion
- Able to handle sensitive, high-pressure subject matter
- Proficient with AI tools (e.g., Claude or similar platforms)
- Independent, proactive, and solutions-oriented
