Sales Representative – Mission Restoration (2 Roles Available)

Mission Restoration is scaling fast. We’ve done 10,000+ roofs and we’re just getting warmed up. If you can sell, follow up, and close, this is a money printer

What You’ll Do (Simple)
You are the signer. That’s it.

→ Prospect homeowners
→ Perform roof inspections
→ Get the contract signed

Everything else?
→ Handled by our internal team (production, insurance, ops, billing, etc.)

Our sales team focuses on closing deals, not babysitting projects.

Position Options

1️⃣ W-2 Sales Rep
→ $50,000 base salary
→ Commission on:
• Signed contract
• Contract approval
→ Company vehicle
→ OTE: ~$120,000/year

---

2️⃣ 1099 Sales Rep
→ 10% of net revenue sold
• 5% at contract approval
• 5% at job completion
→ OTE: ~$150,000/year

Lead Flow & Opportunity

→ Referral opportunities
→ Door-to-door (D2D)
→ Full support system behind you

→ Roofing OR door-to-door sales experience = major plus
