Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Set sales goals and quotas for the sales team to drive consistent growth

Develop and execute sales strategies and plans that align with company objectives

Recruit, train, and mentor sales representatives , ensuring they have the tools and support to succeed

Monitor and evaluate the performance of the sales team, providing feedback and coaching to improve results

Analyze sales data and market trends , making strategic adjustments to stay ahead of the competition

Collaborate with other departments , including marketing and product development, to optimize sales efforts

Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize sales efficiency

Report to senior management on sales performance, projections, and growth opportunities

Proven experience as a Sales Manager with a track record of leading high-performing sales teams

Strong leadership and mentorship skills , with the ability to inspire and develop sales talent

Strategic mindset and the ability to adjust plans based on data and market conditions

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills , with the ability to collaborate across departments

Sales-driven and results-oriented, with a keen eye for performance metrics

Budget management experience and the ability to allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI

Salary Range: PHP 30,000 - 65,000 per month
