About This Opportunity:

As a Client Success Manager, you’ll guide both strategy and operations to ensure clients have an exceptional experience with Valenz. You’ll take the lead in solving client challenges with our solutions, driving service excellence, and supporting retention and growth opportunities. In this role, you’ll also play a key part in fostering strong relationships, identifying upsell opportunities, and ensuring clients feel supported at every step.

Things You’ll Do Here:

  • Manage a team of Client Success Specialists; grow, develop and mentor your team.
  • Develop and maintain deep knowledge of Valenz Health solutions, best practices, engagement programs, industry trends, product partners, and competition.
  • Develop, execute and iterate Broker and Consultant Client Success strategy.
  • Uncover business growth opportunities including new products and services that solve client pain points.
  • Identify client challenges/risks and develop solutions to proactively retain clients.
  • Lead internal projects, as requested, that assist with improved processes and better client satisfaction/outcomes.
  • Travel to meet face-to-face with large and strategic clients in partnership with Client Success Executives and other key internal partners; up to 25%.

What You’ll Bring to the Team:

  • 8+ years of client-facing Client Success experience in employer benefit space
  • Positive track record of product knowledge, client retention and technical mastery.
  • Demonstrated experience in building a team, managing a CRM strategy, and execution of new programs, policies and procedures.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally to manage client expectations, requests, and resolve internal/external issues.
  • Proven ability to manage timelines and balance multiple deadlines.
  • Ability to motivate team members and lead by example.
  • Proven passion for customer service.
  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information

A plus if you have:

  • College degree in related field or equivalent education.
  • MA/MBA

Where You’ll Work : This is a fully remote position, and we’ll provide all the necessary equipment!

  • Work Environment: You’ll need a quiet workspace that is free from distractions.
  • Technology : Reliable internet connection—if you can use streaming services, you’re good to go!
  • Security : Adherence to company security protocols, including the use of VPNs, secure passwords, and company-approved devices/software.
  • Location : You must be US based, in a location where you can work effectively and comply with company policies such as HIPAA.
