This position is for ROCKSTAR residential painters only. To be considered, you MUST:

• Have 3 or more years of verifiable hands-on painting experience
• Have reliable transportation to and from job site
• Have all necessary hand tools
• Communicate clearly and fluently in English

About the Role: Coats of Many Colors Painting is a five-star residential repaint company serving the West Valley. We are a growing company looking for rockstar painters who know how to communicate well, show up on time, and work hard without being babysat. We are hiring full-time painters to support our lead painter on our interior, exterior, and cabinet refinishing jobs. We are looking for someone dependable, skilled, and professional. Someone who takes ownership of their work and does not need to be chased down or reminded how to cut-in or clean up.

Who We Are Looking For:

• Skilled in prep work, brushing, rolling, and masking
• Able to work in occupied homes and interact with clients respectfully
• Able to work efficiently at a production pace
• Takes direction well and shows up on time
• Works clean, communicates clearly, and takes pride in quality

What You Will Be Doing:

• Prepping, masking, patching, and caulking
• Painting interiors, exteriors, and cabinets with brush, roller, and assisting the spray-man
• Supporting a lead painter on daily job site tasks
• Assisting with setup, teardown, and site cleanup
• Maintaining a professional image and strong work ethic
