POSITION SUMMARY

The Sr. Business System Analyst will be responsible for all aspects of business applications and software administration.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

  • ERP Application Implementation, Configuration, & Support Experience.
  • Infios (formerly Koerber) GP Collect WMS / or other WMS experience in a retail / distribution or medical device environment.
  • Understanding of warehouse distribution, shipping, and logistical operations.
  • Provide technical support for end-users, troubleshooting and root-cause analysis, and resolving ERP related issues.
  • End user training on application functionality, how it relates to business processes.
  • Manage, create and optimize queries and stored procedures using SQL Management Studio to retrieve data, support end user issues, and assist with software development of ERP customizations and enhancement.
  • Lead assigned projects as directed which may include implementation and enhancements of new or existing functionality related to the core ERP applications and related integrating products.
  • Strategic review of application tools and lifecycles and the ability to foresee upcoming requirements and needs.
  • Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services Report Development & Support.
  • Analytical reporting and user support using SQL Server, Excel, Power BI or other analytical tools.
  • Preventative methodology in approaching system setup and monitoring, reporting, and health indicators.
  • Ability to learn and support new systems and applications.
  • Results-oriented attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Microsoft Dynamics GP (Administration, Financial, Purchasing, Sales Order Management, Inventory, Manufacturing).
  • Cavallo SalesPad (Desktop, Inventory Manager, Automation Agent).
  • (GP) eOne SmartConnect integration development experience or other experience with enterprise application integrations.

Level of Experience:

  • Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in a supporting or application “super user” role.
  • Experience in working both independently and as part of a strategic support team.
  • Ability to report on activities to senior-level staff and committees.

Level of Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or IT/Systems Administration or related field/experience. 

Travel:

  • As the business needs, upwards of 30%.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support of software and business applications.
  • Perform business needs analysis, develop, or recommend, process improvements.
  • Interact with consultants on projects and support work.
  • Implement hardware and software to ensure optimal deployment of resources.
  • Resolves employee application issues in a timely fashion.
  • Assists in planning, implementing, and supporting business applications.
  • Installation and upgrade of business application software.
