Job Summary:

The Senior Process Engineer will participate in optimizing productivity and sustainability of Cell production through high level of technical knowledge while ensuring stable mass production quality & PD improvement through recipe setting, aligning specifications, process capability management, and quality defect improvement based on a technical understanding of the process and equipment.

Report To: Process, Sr Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze Quality issues to provide corrective & preventive actions.
• Specification optimization by DOE (Design of Experiments) procedure and process conditions establishment.
• Report on OEE (Process Down (PD), and yield).
• Non-conformance report handling and corrective action implementation.
• Establishment and revision of process failure mode and effects analysis (PFMEA), process flow diagram (PFD), PF Manual and control plan.
• Development of new model introduction (NPI) and 4M change verification.
• Conducting internal and customer audits.
• Response to internal / external quality issues for the customer.
• Chronic defect improvement activities.
• Work with engineers / operators to troubleshoot machines to ensure highest yield and OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness).
• Compliance with health / safety / environmental / fire regulations.
• Analyze productivity, yield and OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) of assigned process and production department.
• Improve production processes by creating various standard operating procedures (SOP) and train operators to ensure understanding and correct implementation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required, MBA or MS preferred, or equivalent, relevant experience.
• 7+ years of experience in Cell Process Technology related job or equivalent, relevant experience.

Skills:

• Six Sigma Certification preferred but not required.
• MS Office Suite.
• Written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Organizational and multitasking skills.
