This role is perfect for an individual who excels at building relationships virtually, managing a sales pipeline from end-to-end, and communicating effectively across multiple platforms. You will be instrumental in guiding clients through their insurance needs, ensuring they find the best solutions.
Role Overview
As an Experienced Full Cycle Sales Professional, you will own the complete sales cycle. This includes identifying potential clients, conducting needs assessments, presenting solutions, negotiating terms, and closing deals. You will leverage phone and video conferencing to connect with prospects, build rapport, and guide them towards informed decisions. Your success will be measured by your ability to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Conduct proactive outreach to prospective clients via phone and video calls.
Build strong rapport and trust with clients, understanding their unique needs and challenges.
Clearly articulate the value proposition of HealthMarkets' insurance products and services.
Manage and nurture your sales pipeline from lead generation to closing.
Effectively handle objections and provide solutions that meet client requirements.
Negotiate and finalize sales agreements.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in the CRM system.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and support.
Stay informed about industry trends and product updates.
Compensation
This role offers significant earning potential through a commission-based structure. Top performers can expect to earn between $60,000 and $100,000 annually , with your income directly reflecting your sales success and dedication.
