Travel Physical Therapist Job in Surprise, AZ - $10,545 per Month (2 Years Experience Needed)

This contract pays approximately $10,545/month gross.
Assignment details:
- Contract length: 13 weeks
- Shift length: 12 hour shifts
- Hours per week: 36
- Start Date: ASAP
Job responsibilities:
- Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, safety strategies, and home programs as appropriate.
- Provide therapeutic interventions and track patient progress toward measurable goals.
- Work 36 hours per week with 12-hour shifts.
- Provide equipment use education at a general level when relevant to therapy safety.
- Perform reassessments and update the plan of care based on patient response.
