Mechanical and controls company seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Technician to join our team. You'll work on systems ranging from 1 to 200 tons, including chillers, air handlers, cooling towers, hydronic systems, and building automation controls.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, occasional after-hours or weekend calls

Responsibilities

• Service and maintain commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems

• Troubleshoot and repair:

  • Chillers and chilled/ hot water systems

  • Cooling towers

  • Air handlers and rooftop units

  • Split systems and package units

  • Central plants and hydronic loops

• Install and maintain BAS (Building Automation Systems) controls

• Communicate professionally with customers regarding service needs and findings

• Complete work orders and time sheets accurately and on time

Requirements

• EPA certification

• Clean driver’s license

• 2+ years of commercial HVAC experience

• Ability to pass a background check (required for government/commercial sites)

• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills

• Professional appearance and good communication skills
