Packaging Line Worker

Description

i. Stock and sort product and packaging supplies such as, film, boxes, lids, bottles, ink, labels, etc.

ii. Measure and examine materials and finished products to ensure conformance to established

standards.

iii. Inspect lot numbers, expiration dates, and other specifications before packaging.

iv. Place materials into containers, cartons and boxes.

v. Seal containers or boxes using hands, fasteners, tape, and hand tools.

vi. Remove damaged or otherwise inferior materials or packing supplies.

vii. Transfer materials, supplies, and products between work areas.

viii. Clean and sterilize the equipment and tools as specified.

ix. Provide information or indication of problems to Management or Quality Assurance.

x. Reports to work regularly and on time.

xi. Perform duties safely and to report unsafe conditions or actions.

xii. Assists in other duties as needed and directed

1st shift (5:00am-3:30pm) $16.50/hour

2nd shift (3:45pm-2:15am) $17.50/hour

4 x 10's (Monday-Thursday)

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tempe, AZ.

The pay range for this position is $16.50 - $16.50/hr.
