Inventory Control Clerk
Job Responsibilities:
- Validate daily receiving after audit
- Removing POs/Items from shipments as needed for validation
- Validate, update and review Receiving Log
- Review log for multiple POs and No Codes
- Adding items to existing POs
- Request new POs as needed, including documenting log with new PO information (Audit Trail &; Story Telling)
- “No Code List” and PO update process
- Review &; prepare purchase orders for samples received into DC warehouse
- Product transfer invoice process, and tax preparation
- Arizona and New Mexico State Excise Tax Filing
- Bill keg returns
- Deferred Taxes
- Stop Charges
- Assist with Product Buy Ins
- Resale Certificates
- Other duties as assigned
Skills:
- Accurate data-entry skills
- 10 key by touch.
- Must have a sharp eye for detail
- Must be able to multi-task in a high-energy environment
- Effective communication skills both verbal and written are vital to the success of this position
- Must be a good team player who can build effective relationships with co-workers
- Energetic, self-starter with ability to prioritize
- Highly organized individual who can work independently with the ability to meet ;deadlines and.
Education/Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED
- High School Diploma/GED
- Two years general accounting on-the-job or formal education
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
