Events Assistant
- Assist with planning and coordinating events from start to finish
- Manage event logistics including venue selection, catering, and materials
- Maintain communication with vendors, suppliers, and venue staff to ensure all needs are met
- Help develop event timelines and schedules to ensure timely execution
- Support marketing efforts through social media promotion and outreach
- Assist with attendee registrations and manage event databases
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, Communications, or a related field
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and event management software
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
- Previous experience in event planning or coordination is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
- Previous experience in an administrative or front office role preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office management tools.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
