A busy and growing law firm is looking for a receptionist/legal assistant to join our team of high performing professionals.
You are an individual who has initiative, will own a process from beginning to end, and drive results. You enjoy a fast-paced environment and working with people. You have a pleasant, yet efficient phone manner. You are detail oriented. You are comfortable with the law and with client interaction. Ability and work ethic are more important than experience. Training and support provided.
Responsibilities:
- Answer phones, copy documents, scan documents, filing
- Prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients
- Assist attorneys and clients on business and legal transactions
- Comply with all legal standards and regulations
- Perform many clerical functions
Qualifications:
- Detail oriented
- Good at using the computer and various programs
- Proficient typing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent phone manner and skills
- Good at working with a team
Compensation:
- Hourly, Full Time. Standard office hours.
