Job Description Job Description Position: Human Resources Specialist Reports to: Human Resources Manager Position Overview: The HR Specialist is a key role within the HR department, responsible for supporting a variety of HR functions to ensure compliance and promote effective operations within the organization. Responsibilities: Lead full-cycle recruitment operations, including job postings, resume review, interview scheduling, and offer coordination. Track and document every step of the hiring process in our HRIS system, ensuring accuracy and timely updates. Ensure HR compliance in all hiring-related documentation, including offer letters, background checks, eligibility to work, and required new hire forms. Conduct or coordinate interviews and support hiring managers throughout the selection process. Run weekly onboarding sessions, ensuring all required documents are completed, policies reviewed, and training initiated in compliance with company and legal requirements. Maintain secure, organized records for all candidates and new hires. Assist in developing and improving recruitment and onboarding processes. Protect the confidentiality of all employee and applicant data Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: An associate's degree or bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. Prior experience in recruitment, onboarding, or HR administration, preferably in a high-volume environment. Strong understanding of HR compliance, especially regarding new hire documentation and employment law. Meticulous attention to detail and highly organized. Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with ADP or HRIS systems is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
