We are looking for an experienced and motivated Resident Engineer to join our Leadership Team . This individual should have a proven track record in a leadership role providing successful delivery of major infrastructure improvement projects for Arizona public agencies. The ability to foster strong client relations is essential.

• Prepare technical specifications and bid documents.
• Participate in strategic marketing pursuits and business development initiatives.
• Engagement in projects throughout the State.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering.
• Registered as a Professional Engineer (PE) in Arizona or be able to obtain an Arizona PE license within 6 months of employment.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience supervising field and office technicians on public works construction projects.
