Marketing Specialist

Lofty
Phoenix, AZ
Description

We are on the lookout for a Marketing Specialist to join our growing team!

Who are we?

Lofty is a high-growth, global SaaS company serving the residential real estate market. Our suite of tools addresses the daily pain points faced by agents, empowering them to launch effective marketing campaigns, track leads' activities, build lasting customer relationships, and efficiently manage teams.

What’s the job?

We are seeking a Marketing Specialist to assist our marketing team with the development and implementation of marketing plans and strategies, event coordination, vendor management, and other content marketing initiatives. This role involves a high level of collaboration amongst the marketing team, cross- functional teams and departments, and external vendor partners. To succeed in this role, you should be comfortable managing multiple projects and priorities and be able to pivot between them quickly as needed.

Event Marketing

  • Plan and execute in-person and virtual events, including tradeshows, conferences, and webinars.
  • Coordinate logistics, sponsorships, speaker engagements, and post-event follow-ups.
  • Represent Lofty professionally at events, engaging with prospects, partners, and industry influencers.

Campaign & Content Coordination

  • Create and manage content calendars to ensure timely delivery of campaign assets.
  • Support the development of marketing materials such as emails, landing pages, flyers, videos, and graphics.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to execute integrated marketing campaigns.

Vendor & Channel Management

  • Coordinate with marketing agencies, contractors, and third-party vendors to support campaigns and creative projects.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing touchpoints.
  • Oversee Lofty’s social media presence in partnership with a third-party content team.

Marketing Operations & Team Support

  • Assist with CRM data management and marketing automation tasks.
  • Support cross-functional communication with sales, customer success, and product teams to align initiatives.
  • Conduct research, enrich lead lists, and assist with segmentation for campaigns.
  • Jump in on special projects and marketing initiatives as needed.

What’s the work location?

You’ll be based out of our stunning, light-filled headquarters in the Warehouse District of Downtown Phoenix—a 17,000-square-foot space designed for collaboration, creativity, and connection. During onboarding and training, you’ll work in-office five days a week to build momentum, meet your teammates, and ramp up with hands-on support. Once key KPIs and performance metrics are met, you’ll transition to a hybrid schedule of three in-office days per week—giving you the flexibility to balance focused work and in-person collaboration.

What's the earning potential ($$$)?

First-year earnings? The role offers a base salary of $55,000–$65,000, plus eligibility for a 20% performance bonus. Bring your best, and there’s real potential to earn more—it’s a great way to turn great work into real rewards!
