MUST HAVES:
- ServiceNow App Admin (or developer) with at least 2 yrs
- Integration Hub experience
- Active Directory integrations experience
- General knowledge or familiarity with Windows OS, Oracle, SQL, MS Office, Visio
- General knowledge or familiarity with applications such as JIRA, Tableau, and SAP Business Objects
- Education and experience typically obtained through completion of a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications and/or Computer Science or related field

Job Description:
The Sr. Application Administrator will lead and support a newly developed roles-based access control (RBAC) solution in ServiceNow. This includes building out MID servers to expand AD integration across multiple domains, developing and testing integration workflows, and collaborating with IAM teams to support domain-level instance configurations.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary administrator of assigned applications
- Architect and integrate application solutions to meet business needs
- Lead configuration and automation initiatives (scripts, workflows, monitoring)
- Own issue resolution, from troubleshooting to escalation and resolution
- Ensure integration between ServiceNow and additional Active Directory domains via MID servers
- Monitor and manage license usage, upgrades, and patches
- Maintain application roadmaps, documentation, and user training materials
- Drive user adoption, best practices, and training
- Maintain vendor relationships for support and enhancement feedback
Required Skills:
- 2+ years of ServiceNow administration or development experience
- Integration Hub and Active Directory integration experience
- Familiarity with Windows OS, Oracle, SQL, MS Office, and Visio
- Strong communication and mentoring skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
- Experience supporting vendor-provided applications
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with JIRA, Tableau, SAP Business Objects
- Experience working within RBAC implementations
- Understanding of workflow development and integration architecture
- Experience in environments with strict access provisioning standards
