• Transfers, stocks, and loads/unloads materials for the production lines.
• These materials may vary by business team: diffusers, holders, retainers, initiators, o-rings, end caps, sleeves, canisters, filters, tubes, disks, foil seals, springs, support barrels, shorting clips, labels, and generant.
• Operates machinery and equipment where operations allow minor operator latitude as to method of production or process.
• May check, correct, or perform rework of inflators.
• Performs quality procedures/audits, including dimensional checks as required; performs visual inspections as required.

Essential Skills

• Proven experience in manufacturing.
• Ability to stand/walk for 8 hours per day as there are no sitting work areas.
• Comfortable dealing with explosives.
• Tech savvy, especially with automated equipment.

Shifts and Pay

• 1st shift: 6 am - 2:30 pm ($17.00/hour)
• 2nd shift: 2 pm - 10:30 pm (10% differential = $18.70/hour)
• 3rd shift: 10 pm - 6:30 am (15% differential = $19.55/hour)
• Must be flexible to work any day of the week
• Must be ok with rotating schedules of working 6 days on and getting 2 days off

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Queen Creek, Arizona.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.55/hr.
