Company Overview: Highland Cabinetry Inc. is one of the largest Cabinet Manufacturers on the West Coast, growing rapidly to be one of the largest suppliers nationwide. Our products are made of the finest components and have been carefully crafted to reduce warping and provide solid structure for all uses ranging from multi-million-dollar homes to apartment renovations. Features standard with our cabinets are soft close doors & drawers, fully extended dove tail drawers, solid wood. We have three warehouses of inventory of a combined 300,000 square feet and a production capacity of over $500 million that allows us to ship flatpack or assembled nationwide. Most orders are ready to ship in 5 to 7 days and container orders in only 3 months! Increasing our distribution partners and Multifamily projects around the country. We design and manufacture all our cabinets in house and have the ability to build your development projects to spec from raw product. We are not a broker and own the whole process, and nobody beats our prices that has our quality!
Position Purpose
To develop, oversee, and maintain relationships with key personnel for distributor and Multifamily opportunities within assigned territory in a manner that maximizes the sale of Highland Cabinetry kitchen and bath cabinets in an effort to meet or exceed sales and expense budgets.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Looking for a B2B Sales Executive that is used to selling large contracts on a consistent basis with a solid book of business nationwide. Individual must be able to excel at the essential functions assigned. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and ability required. A proven track record of being a top producer in your previous roles.
Education, Experience, And Skills
- Hunter role, this is an enterprise role that requires an aggressive sales strategy.
- Current book of business and contacts established in the cabinetry industry.
- Proven track record with 5 years of outside sales or account management experience in cabinets
- Experience in managing consumer issue resolution processes.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Strong pipeline management skills.
- Energy and focus to be goals and results oriented.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent organization and time management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to be persuasive.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of Microsoft windows-based applications.
- Knowledge and Practical use with Salesforce.
- Knowledge and Practical use with Oracle NetSuite.
Essential Functions
- Develop and implement sales growth strategy for distributors, GC’s & Real Estate companies in specified territory
- Develop, support, and improve business relationships with associates and management having focus/influence in cabinetry categories at the store and regional levels to promote sales
- Maintain and update in-store displays as necessary
- Leverage travel and entertainment expense budget to effectively manage territory and promote sales.
- Gain understanding of competitors products within the marketplace and provide visibility to the organization on offerings, program, pricing, and promotional activity
- Regularly analyze CRM tools and company reporting to monitor success and identify opportunities
- Participation in store-sponsored, cabinetry-focused events
- Submit territory specific reporting as required to provide visibility to the organization on account, competitor, and market activity
- Align with Highland Cabinetry policies, procedures, and expectations in performing responsibilities of the position
- Align with the Highland Cabinetry culture
Supervisory Responsibilities
- Typically, this position does not have supervisory responsibilities.
Scope & Expectations
- Reports to: Director of Sales
- Travel Requirements: Some in and out of town travel is required up to 20%. Travel is typically by company car and commercial air carrier.
- In office position.
- Recruitment process may consist of any combination of phone, video and in person interviews.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to sit. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Offers may be contingent upon successful completion of Background Check, Drug Screen, Physical Examination, and Motor Vehicle Record.

Pay: $110,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
