Embark on a rewarding journey supporting students in a dynamic educational environment as a skilled speech-language pathologist. This full-time, contract position offers an opportunity to make a positive impact on Kindergarten through 8th grade students, providing essential services that foster growth, confidence, and academic success. With a schedule of four days per week (30 hours), you’ll enjoy a balanced workweek that also allows for flexibility—two days each month you’ll be able to work remotely.
Desired Qualifications:
- Valid Arizona SLP license and print card required
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) preferred
- Experience with pediatric and school-based caseloads
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to adapt strategies for students across a range of grade levels and abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging, evidence-based speech and language services to elementary and middle school students
- Conduct comprehensive screenings, assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, and families to promote student progress
- Document all sessions and maintain compliance with school and state guidelines
- Design creative interventions to address diverse speech-language needs in a classroom setting
