Description: Moxie Pest Control | Full-Time | Day Shift | In-Person (Priest & Broadway)

$19/hour + Full Benefits + Paid Training + Bonus/Commission Opportunities
$750 Sign-On Bonus

You'll be the friendly voice answering phones, emails, and texts from existing Moxie customers. You'll:

• Schedule appointments
• Answer questions
• Process payments
• Resolve customer issues
• Provide excellent customer service
• Help customers improve and customize their service plans
• Recommend service add-ons and plan customizations that genuinely benefit the customer (this earns commission/bonus)

This job will be a great fit if you:

• Genuinely enjoy talking with customers on the phone throughout the day
• Are reliable, detail-oriented, and show up consistently
• Want a structured daytime schedule with rotating Saturdays
• Are comfortable working toward clear performance goals
• Enjoy problem-solving and helping customers find solutions

This role may not be the best fit for someone looking for an unstructured work environment, a non-phone-based role, or a position without performance expectations.

Monday–Friday (Daytime)
Rotating Saturdays (with a weekday off)
