Senior Project Manager (Remote )
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven  Senior Project Manager  to lead and oversee strategic projects from initiation through completion. This role requires strong leadership, organizational expertise, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams while ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of driving efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously from planning to execution
- Define project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior leadership
- Improve processes and implement best practices for project management
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business, Management, or related field (preferred)
- 3+ years of project management experience
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, or similar)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- PMP certification is a plus (not required)
