General tasks and responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

1. Maintain contact with accounts through calls, emails, social media, outreach, video conferences, and face-to-face meetings.
2. Expand and keep accurate information of key contacts within assigned accounts.
3. Develop and execute Drug Plastics required monthly, and annual

business reviews.

1. Proactively improve and expand communication channels with designated customers.
2. Responsible for Quarterly Reviews and Sales Budget updates in the current system and coordinating/communicating with the appropriate Drug Plastics personnel.
3. Responsible for coordinating quarterly sales reviews with designated customers and Drug Plastics leadership
4. Other related tasks as required.

Business development tasks and responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

1. Plan and execute strategies to close new item business at current accounts and new customer business using relevant prioritization criteria and objectives.
2. Drive revenue growth through effective customer development, up-selling, and cross-selling initiatives.
3. Build long-term, meaningful relationships across critical stakeholders at assigned accounts.
4. Build and execute the required pipeline of Opportunities and Revenue Line Items.
5. Expand current client relationships and identify areas for potential client growth in new items.
6. Ensure that established Sales Growth Goals are met.
7. Understand customer’s products and services, business position, and competition

Education:

• Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:

• Proven history of achievement and leading efforts toward completion of a planned outcome (Required)
• Business Development: 1-5 years (Preferred)

• 1- 5 years of related experience (Preferred)

• CRM: 2 Years (Preferred)

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

• Proven and documented record of accomplishment.
• Must be able to demonstrate a history of achieving planned goals.
• Must be able to demonstrate a history of learning new skills, and behaviors, in order to adapt to new responsibilities or expectations.
• Exceptional focus and presentation skills.
• Ability to present and influence others.
• Able to work in a solid team-focused environment.
