Description:

• Follow all clients mandates and provide excellent customer service to customers.
• Resolve customer issues, complaints, and concerns utilizing active listening skills, professionalism, and a high level of emotional intelligence
• Accurately notate, complete, and file notes from the workday. Use an intense level of discretion while working with confidential customer information
• Work with Customer Service Management and senior leadership to stay updated on products and service knowledge and compliance policies.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment or retail
• Timely and dependable; You possess a reputation as always being on time and prepared
• Technologically savvy - You are comfortable working with new apps, software and Microsoft office products.
• Confidence in your ability to overcome challenges and achieve personal and professional goals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and conduct.
• Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, high energy environment where creativity, proactivity, and teamwork are essential.

Shift:

• Day shift & Night Shift
• Must be able to work a rotating shift schedule. Some weeks you will work a day shift and other weeks a night shift.
• Shifts are 12-hour days. Day shift is from 6:00AM to 6:00PM and Night shift is from 6:00PM to 6:00AM.
