Job Title: General Laborer

Overview

Hiring General Laborers to support production of Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS). This role involves unloading shipments, moving materials, staging parts for production, and keeping assembly lines supplied.

Responsibilities

• Unload and unbox incoming battery shipments
• Sort, label, and stage materials for production
• Move batteries and components to production lines
• Keep workstations stocked with materials
• Support assembly and production activities as needed
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Follow production and safety procedures

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Comfortable with repetitive work
• Reliable attendance
• Ability to work safely in a production environment

Preferred

• Production, warehouse, or general labor experience
• Interest in learning assembly and manufacturing processes

Schedule

• Gold 2 Schedule
• 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
• 2-3-2 rotating schedule

Work Environment

• Manufacturing facility
• Standing, walking, lifting, and material handling throughout the shift
• Team-oriented production environment

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Phoenix, AZ.

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
