Sales Manager
Along with managing and supervising the sales team, The sales manager will have the following responsibilities:
- Perform opening and closing procedures
- Make executive decisions when acting as the manager on duty
- Assist sales employees with day to day bike and retail sales
- Provide sales staff with technical support on our POS and operating systems
- Oversee and delegate sales related tasks
- Ensure merchandise is properly restocked and displayed. Delegate task as needed
- Help develop and implement effective training procedures
- Provide ongoing training to sales staff.
- Provide dedicated training sessions for bike sales
- Assist with purchasing
- Provide feedback and participate in employee reviews
- Provide feedback and participate in employee disciplinary actions when needed
- Officiate sales meetings on a regular basis.
- Document meetings and provide meeting notes to all sales.
The sales manager will report to the general manager. The sales manager should be able to assist the sales team with their daily tasks. This position will be a versatile and flexible role. This position will strive to keep the team morale high and daily operation efficient.

- Be comfortable with maps and trails
- Be confident using a computer, email & Google Suite
- Lightspeed retail experience is a plus
- Have direct sales experience
- Experience managing a team
