• Pay Rate: $21.00/hr
• Schedule: Monday – Friday (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM or 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM PST)
• Location: 100% Remote (Must reside in PST or Arizona time zones)
• Equipment: Provided by the company
• Growth: This role has high potential for extension and conversion to a Permanent Full-Time (FTE) position.

Responsibilities

As a Project Coordinator, you are the engine that keeps our client projects moving forward. Your day-to-day will involve:

• Project Execution: Managing deadlines, coordinating kick-off meetings, and ensuring deliverables meet our "gold standard" for quality.
• Internal Collaboration: Partnering with Data Services, Call Centers, and Claims Ops to make sure everyone is aligned.
• Client Communication: Responding to client needs with speed and professionalism, ensuring their feedback is translated into action.
• Documentation & Analysis: Drafting telephone scripts, website text, and analyzing reports to provide meaningful context for our clients.
