Location: Phoenix, AZ

Shift: 1st Shift (6:00 AM – 2:30 PM)

Pay Range: $23-$24/hour

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Production Operator III to join our manufacturing team in Phoenix, AZ. This advanced-level role requires strong coordination skills, technical drawing interpretation, and the ability to lead workflow execution in a fast-paced production environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate leadership, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to maintaining production efficiency and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and drive part deliveries to meet production schedules

• Monitor workflow progress and proactively resolve delays or bottlenecks

• Interpret technical drawings and collaborate with senior management to ensure alignment with production goals

• Report issues affecting production flow and recommend corrective actions

• Work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

• Support assembly builds, testing, and rework activities as needed

• Train and mentor junior operators and new hires

• Maintain cleanroom protocols and adhere to safety and quality standards

• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and maintain organized workspaces

Required Skills and Abilities

• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and workflow coordination

• Ability to read and interpret technical and engineering drawings

• Effective communication skills in English (verbal and written)

• Proven ability to lead and support team members

• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail

• Computer literacy (Microsoft Word and Excel preferred)

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical associate degree or college coursework preferred

• 4+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment

• Previous experience in parts cleaning, coating technologies, or cleanroom operations preferred

• Leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred

• Experience with SPC measurements, Kaizen or Lean practices, and Quality Assurance is a plus

Schedule and Flexibility

• Must be able to work overtime as required

• Flexibility for occasional weekend or evening shifts

• Must be able to wear cleanroom gowning and PPE
