We’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator who’s ready to help bring our apartment communities to the next level! This role supports marketing initiatives across a portfolio of multifamily communities; driving traffic, making sure our brand shows up polished, powerful, and consistent everywhere it lives!

You’ll get hands on experience across content creation, digital marketing, analytics, events, and brand management, all within a fast paced, growing multifamily environment. No two days look exactly the same, and your work will directly impact community performance and brand visibility.

✨ What You’ll Be Doing :

• Create and edit engaging content (emails, social posts, brochures, and more)

• Keep our brand looking sharp and consistent across all platforms

• Manage content calendars and posting schedules like a pro

• Schedule and publish social media content

• Stay on top of trends, tools, and what’s working now

• Monitor engagement and online reviews

• Support digital campaigns and track performance

• Track KPIs and marketing performance metrics

• Help analyze results and recommend smart improvements

• Support community events and outreach initiatives

• Coordinate logistics, materials, and vendor communication

• Assist with post-event follow-up and reporting

• Maintain marketing databases and asset libraries

• Manage invoices and purchase orders

• Communicate with marketing, sales, design, and external partners
