Water Mitigation Coordinator – Summit Restoration & Construction
Summit Restoration & Construction is looking for an experienced Water Mitigation Coordinator to join our team! You’ll work alongside our Mitigation Manager to oversee water mitigation projects from start to finish, ensuring efficiency, safety, and top-quality results.

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate day-to-day operations and support project workflow
• Communicate with homeowners, property managers, and insurance adjusters
• Maintain accurate project documentation (photos, logs, sketches, inventory)
• Schedule environmental testing and share results with the team
• Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies

What We’re Looking For

• 1+ year of water mitigation experience (preferred)
• 3+ years of office/administrative experience
• Familiarity with XactAnalysis, Xactimate, and moisture mapping tools (preferred)
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Dependable, punctual, and proficient in Microsoft Office
