Phoenix, AZ
What We Do
At ProColor Collision Phoenix , we mend the unforeseen. We do not just say that — we live it every day.
Working here often feels like helping build something meaningful from the inside out. There are long days, real challenges, and high expectations, but the reward is being part of a team that makes a real difference for customers during a stressful time in their lives.
We are looking for an Estimator who brings hustle, grit, professionalism, and a strong sense of ownership to everything they do. Who We Are

We do the right thing
We work hard, communicate honestly, and operate with transparency. We believe in doing quality work, telling the truth, and over-communicating rather than under-communicating.
We have a can-do attitude
We face challenges head-on with confidence and determination. We stay solution-oriented and proactive in the way we approach problems.
We like discovering
We do not guess — we dig deeper to find real answers. We believe in understanding the full picture so we can solve problems the right way.
