Job Title: Electrical Project Manager â Hospital Project (Yuma, AZ)
Location: Yuma, Arizona
Compensation: $140,000 â $150,000 annually
Relocation: Candidates must live near Yuma or be willing to relocate
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to oversee a major hospital project in Yuma, Arizona. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated leader with strong commercial, healthcare, and residential electrical project experience to manage all aspects of construction from preconstruction through closeout.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all phases of electrical construction projects, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and within budget.
- Oversee project scheduling, manpower planning, material procurement, and subcontractor coordination.
- Review and interpret drawings, specifications, and project documents to ensure compliance with client and code requirements.
- Lead progress meetings, coordinate with general contractors, owners, and design teams.
- Track project costs, prepare change orders, and maintain accurate financial reporting.
- Ensure adherence to company safety policies and promote a strong safety culture on site.
- Mentor and support field teams, fostering collaboration and efficiency.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience managing electrical construction projects.
- Proven experience in commercial, hospital, and residential projects.
- Strong understanding of NEC, project scheduling, and cost control.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to relocate or commute daily to Yuma, AZ.
