Pay: Starting at $15.00 per hour plus tips

This dynamic role combines two key responsibilities: serving as a welcoming host in our Welcome Dome and providing top-tier dining service in our Dining Dome. As a GEC, you'll thrive in a dual-role environment, where your hospitality skills will shine in both front-facing guest interactions and dining service excellence.

Schedule:

• Day shift

• Night shift

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner

• Answer incoming calls and assist with inquiries

• Coordinate guest services and ensure guest satisfaction

• Manage reservations and bookings

• Provide information about the resort facilities and services

• Offer Food and Beverage options

• Handle guest check-ins and check-outs

• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

• Assist in the Dining Dome with taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring an enjoyable dining experience

• Address and resolve any guest concerns promptly

• Build strong knowledge of resort amenities, policies and local partners

Requirements:

• Proficiency in phone systems and front desk operations

• Strong guest relations and customer service skills

• Knowledge of hospitality industry standards

• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills

• Hospitality: 1 year (Preferred)

• Ability to commute

• Ability to relocate before starting work
