Job Summary:

HumanEdge Health is seeking an experienced MS/Telemetry RN for a 13-week travel assignment in Tucson, AZ. This is a float pool position , providing care across medical-surgical and telemetry units. The RN is responsible for delivering safe, high-quality patient care using critical thinking, clinical judgment, and leadership while supervising assigned personnel as appropriate.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver patient care using the Nursing Process in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies

• Monitor and assess telemetry and medical-surgical patients, responding to changes in condition

• Delegate and supervise patient care tasks based on staff competency and patient acuity

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, effective patient care

• Maintain clinical competencies through continuing education and professional development

• Document patient care accurately in Cerner EMR

• Float across units as needed, providing competent care on multiple patient care areas

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of telemetry or MS experience

• Arizona RN license

• BLS and ACLS certifications required

• Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and communication skills

• Experience in delegation and supervision of staff in a hospital setting
