Location: Tempe, AZ | In-Office
Client: Confidential | Construction
Pay: $20–$22/hour
Our client is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Accounts Payable/Office Assistant to assist the accounting team and perform the day-to-day office tasks for their growing construction company based in Tempe, Arizona.
This is a great entry-level opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and keeping an office running smoothly.
What You’ll Do
- Greet visitors with a friendly, professional approach
- Assist with ordering and maintaining office supplies
- Support Accounts Payable and basic accounting tasks (data entry, invoice processing, filing)
- Provide general office support as needed
What We’re Looking For
- Strong interpersonal skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude
- Common sense and good judgment in day-to-day problem solving
- Organized, reliable, and able to balance multiple tasks
- Prior office or accounting support experience a plus, but not required
