Cardiothoracic Physician Assistant Needed in Flagstaff, AZ
- Location: Flagstaff, AZ
- Shift Schedule:
- May: 25-26 (24-Hour Beeper Call) & 27-30 (7a-3p + Night Beeper Call)
- June: 23-27 (7a-3p + Weeknight Beeper Call), 28-29 (24-Hour Beeper Call) & 30-July 4 (7a-3p + Weeknight Beeper Call)
- July 5-6 (24-Hour Beeper Call) & 7 (7a-3p + Weeknight Beeper Call)
- Patients per Day: 10-15 (CVICU/step down), plus 1-2 surgeries
- Patient Population: Adults/Geriatrics
- EMR: Cerner
- Practice Setting: Hospital
- Procedures: Temporary pacemaker removal, chest tube removal, IABP removal, A-line placement
- Skills Required: Recent cardiothoracic surgery experience, EVH proficiency
- Must be a Graduate from an NCCPA-approved program or Master’s in Nursing
- Must be Board Certified
- ACLS & BLS Required
- DEA Required
- Active AZ License
- Must have 3+ Years of Cardiothoracic Surgery with EVH
Job Responsibilities: Patients per Day: 10-15 (CVICU/step down), plus 1-2 surgeries
Patient Population: Adults/Geriatrics
EMR: Cerner
Practice Setting: Hospital
Procedures: Temporary pacemaker removal, chest tube removal, IABP removal, A-line placement
Qualifications: Must be a Graduate from an NCCPA-approved program or Master’s in Nursing
