Private Pickleball Coach
About the Role: Golden Racket Academy is expanding in Scottsdale ! We are a nationwide mobile academy seeking an experienced, passionate Pickleball Coach to deliver high-quality 1-on-1 and small-group lessons at local courts and client-preferred locations across Scottsdale and surrounding areas like Paradise Valley and Fountain Hills .
If you are tired of community centers taking a massive cut or chasing down your own leads on crowded public courts, this role is built for you. We serve premium clients who expect excellent coaching, clear communication, and a consistent experience. You bring the coaching expertise to the court; we handle the operations, marketing, client acquisition, and billing.

What You'll Do:
- Coach private and small-group pickleball lessons for mixed ages and skill levels.
- Provide individualized feedback on technique, movement, and strategy.
- Create simple, effective lesson plans tailored to each student's specific goals.
- Communicate promptly and professionally with clients regarding lesson logistics.
What We Are Looking For:
- 1+ years of coaching experience (pickleball or tennis coaching welcome).
- Professionalism, punctuality, and the ability to work independently.
- Reliable transportation to travel to local courts.
