BelleSante by Kristine Romine, MD is seeking a Patient Experience Maestro to bring our brand-new Edutainment Center to life! This is not your typical front desk or retail role —this is a full-on experience-creation position inspired by the dynamic energy of Disney team members, museum guides, and the wonder-makers at FAO Schwarz.

You’ll be the face, voice, and heart of BelleSante and BioSculpt , engaging guests at three interactive kiosks where you’ll educate and inspire them about everything from aesthetic and laser dermatology, to regenerative health, to medical grade skincare. You’ll help guests connect with the services and solutions that support a Lifetime of Beautiful Health (BelleSante’s mission) and an Optimized HealthSpan (BioSculpt’s mission).

What You'll Do:

• Serve as the energetic host of our Edutainment Center , greeting and engaging every guest with warmth, excitement, and expertise.

• Lead interactive, story-driven mini “edu-tours” through the offerings at our three kiosks—tailoring the experience based on each guest's curiosity.

• Master the full range of BelleSante and BioSculpt services—from aesthetic and laser dermatology to regenerative therapies—so you can educate with confidence and clarity.

• Create memorable micro-experiences that spark curiosity and encourage guests to take their next step , whether that's booking a treatment, trying a service or product, or learning more.

• Be “on stage” during your "scene"—delivering consistently polished, upbeat, and professional interactions.

• Collaborate with the team to refine the kiosk experience, track engagement, and share insights and ideas. Creativity welcome!

What We’re Looking For:

• A dynamic, outgoing personality who genuinely enjoys performing, presenting, and creating joyful, educational moments.

• Experience in one or more of the following: hospitality, performing arts, luxury retail, guest engagement, or healthcare communication .

• A passion for learning and teaching others—especially when it comes to beauty, health, and longevity.

• Ability to connect education with purpose— guiding guests to services and solutions that fit their needs and interests.

• Comfort learning and conveying science-backed information in a friendly, accessible way.

• Sales experience is a plus, but here we call it what it really is: education that inspires action.

• Bachelor’s degree required.

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
