Nursing degree, active registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1+ years Stepdown RN experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
This opportunity is for a Registered Nurse skilled in Stepdown care, providing critical patient support in a fast-paced medical environment. The role involves monitoring patients who require close observation but do not need intensive care, ensuring timely interventions and comprehensive care.
Qualifications / Desired Experience:
- Current and valid RN license
- Experience in Stepdown or progressive care nursing
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams
- Proficiency in patient monitoring and documentation
