Sr. Business Analyst (Remote)

In this role, you will support critical activities related to shipyard modernization, enhancing the U.S. Navy's strategic modernization and improvement efforts. By leveraging cutting-edge technology, you will help streamline supply chain processes and address longstanding challenges within the shipyards. Your expert analysis will drive enhanced user experiences and promote effective communication between development teams and stakeholders. Accountabilities

• Identify, evaluate, and implement new systems and solutions.
• Lead the collection and management of mission user needs.
• Liaise between software development teams and key stakeholders.
• Facilitate the gathering of business-focused requirements.
• Work with product owners to determine operational objectives.
• Focus on improving usability and user engagement.
• Manage stakeholder relationships effectively.
• Conduct research to support development teams.
• Document business needs, rules, and workflows.
• Work with product management to maintain a business process roadmap.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPI) for system development.
• Provide data analysis expertise to track project progress.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in IT, management, or business analysis.
• Strong analytical, diagnostic, and system-thinking skills.
• Experience as a Product Owner or business analyst.
• Familiarity with systems integration projects.
• Ability to manage stakeholder relationships and expectations.
• Skilled in developing requirements documentation artifacts.
• Experience with agile requirements management tools.
• Knowledge of business process improvement methodologies.
• Background in agile software development frameworks.
• Master’s degree in IT, business administration, or related field.
• Ability to obtain a government security clearance.
