What You’ll Do:

• Provide daily personal care, companionship, and support to residents.
• Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, mobility, and meals.
• Observe and report changes in the resident's condition.
• Support residents with dignity, compassion, and respect.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure safety and well-being.
• Document care and follow individualized service plans.

Requirements:

• Current Caregiver Certification (or willingness to obtain—training reimbursement available).
• CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to get before start date).
• Compassion, patience, and reliability.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
