What You’ll Do:

• Provide daily personal care, companionship, and support to residents
• Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, mobility, and meals
• Observe and report changes in the resident's condition
• Support residents with dignity, compassion, and respect
• Collaborate with team members to ensure safety and well-being
• Document care and follow individualized service plans

Requirements:

• Current Caregiver Certification (or willingness to obtain—training reimbursement available)
• CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to get before start date)
• Compassion, patience, and reliability
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
