Job Title: Underwriter Location: Chandler, AZ About the Role: We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Underwriter to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in document review, insurance documentation, and mortgage processes. The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, accuracy in data entry, and the ability to match and verify information across multiple systems. Key Responsibilities: + Review and analyze insurance documents and mortgage-related paperwork for completeness and accuracy. + Ensure all data is correctly entered and aligned across various internal systems. + Identify discrepancies and resolve issues through thorough investigation and communication. + Maintain compliance with company policies and industry regulations. + Collaborate with internal teams to streamline underwriting processes and improve efficiency. + Stay updated on mortgage policies and underwriting guidelines. Qualifications: + Proven experience in underwriting, document review, or insurance documentation. + Familiarity with mortgage processes and policies. + Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. + Proficiency in data entry and working with multiple systems. + Excellent organizational and time management skills. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Skills: + Experience with underwriting software or mortgage platforms. + Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the insurance and mortgage industries. + Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $23.44 - $23.44/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
