We’re on the hunt for a Senior Systems Administrator who’s ready to lead the rhythm section of our IT operations. Reporting to our VP of IT, you’ll orchestrate our Server and Network teams, ensuring our tech stack is as smooth, secure, and show-ready as the rest of the resort.

Responsibilities:

• Keep our systems tuned up: Manage and configure VMware , Windows Servers , SANs , Domain Controllers , Group Policy , Azure/O365 , Aruba switches , Fortinet Firewalls , ClearPass , MiTel , and more
• Own our infrastructure playlist: Oversee ticketing, documentation, and RMM platforms
• Troubleshoot like a headliner: Respond to internal support issues and diagnose hardware/software snafus with ease
• Lead the tech ensemble: Set priorities, guide your crew, and keep the VP of IT in the loop on project performance and any tech hiccups
• Keep data safe & sound: Perform and monitor backups, maintain system health, and manage SSL certificates
• Stay one step ahead: Proactively tackle vulnerability remediation and adhere to security best practices

The Ideal Candidate:

• Deep technical expertise across VMware, Windows Server, Aruba (switching & wireless), ClearPass, Fortinet , and Azure/O365/Exchange Online
• Certified and ready—bonus points for Server/Network certifications
• Strong leadership rhythm: You can guide a team and collaborate like a pro

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology preferred
• At least 8+ years of Server and Network Administration experience

Physical Requirements:

• Able to sit, stand, or walk for extended periods
• Can lift up to 50 pounds when needed
• Comfortable working in construction zones or installing cable in active environments

Position Specifics:

• Salary, exempt non-management role
• Salary starting at $110,000 annually
