Senior Product Manager - Temporary

Job Description
This is a temporary role for approximately six months. There is a possibility of conversion to full-time employment.
What you’ll do:
Our business offers multiple lending products and we are in the midst of transforming our lending business driving best in class consumer and agent experiences powered by strong credit decisioning. In this Senior Product Manager - Temporary role, you will have a unique opportunity to define, shape and ultimately deliver on strategic initiatives to create a lending platform leveraging the latest technology innovations in credit decisioning.
You will collaborate tightly with a team of researchers, designers, data engineers, data scientists and engineers to scale our decisioning space through new feature development and rapid experimentation. This role is highly visible and report results regularly to senior and executive leadership.
We’re looking for a driven, self-starting product manager to work alongside the existing team to drive and execute on strategic priorities. You’ll have responsibility to drive growth for our business in approval rate, verifications, loan origination volume, pull through, conversion, etc.
Product Delivery: Lead the advancement of lending business by driving product development. This entails taking charge of specific elements of the origination platform, encompassing funnel enhancement, integrations, and above all, consumer and internal user experience improvements.
Execution: Assume accountability for carrying out intricate initiatives from their inception to continually refining established features and user experiences. Collaborate with the cross functional team to deliver great products.
Partnerships: Cultivate dependable internal and external relationships, particularly with Engineering and pivotal third-party collaborators, to efficiently leverage their insights in shaping product strategy and execution.
Roadmap Development: Independently propel and conceptualize new additions to the roadmap, demonstrating ingenuity and innovation while garnering a high level of confidence from the management team.
Qualifications
What you’ll bring
Experience with lending, credit decisioning and origination is highly desirable.
6-8 years of experience in Product Management with practical experience in developing, managing and delivering consumer-facing or agent-facing applications/experiences. Fintech, lending or banking experience is highly desired.
A fundamentally user-centric approach to product iteration with solid design sense
Strongly data-driven and technical: you have a track record of leveraging your ability to collect and analyze data from a variety of sources to identify key insights, spot optimization opportunities, run quantitative tests, and inform product decisions, leading to lift in critical metrics
Proven ability to lead teams and work cross-functionally in a highly collaborative environment.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a structured and rigorous thought process.
Ability to build iteratively & ship quickly with great personal organization and a long history of effectively managing multiple priorities & personal organization.
Solid understanding of key metrics and how digital customer acquisition works across within the loan origination process
College degree, preferably in business or technology field of study.

Salary Range: $75.00 to $100.00 per hour + benefits.
