Escrow Assistant (Mesa)
Job Title: Escrow Support Processor
Location: Mesa, AZ 85204
Duration: 3 months (Potential Extension / Temp-to-Perm)
Work Setup: 100% Onsite
About the Role
The Escrow Support Processor plays a key behind-the-scenes role in supporting residential escrow operations by handling high-volume document processing . This position ensures all escrow files are accurately prepared, compliant, and processed efficiently in a fast-paced, production-driven environment ⚡.
This is a non-customer-facing role — no direct interaction with clients, agents, or lenders.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and manage large volumes of escrow documents with high accuracy
- Support the initiation and closing of residential escrow files
- ️ Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
- ⏱️ Meet strict deadlines in a high-volume production environment
- Prioritize tasks effectively during peak periods (including month-end closings)
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure smooth processing

Qualifications
