What You'll Be Doing:

• Connecting with businesses to discuss their debt and find tailored solutions together.
• Negotiating payment arrangements that work for both parties.
• Maintaining accurate records of interactions and resolutions.
• Following up to ensure agreements are upheld and fostering lasting relationships.
• Collaborating with your team to share knowledge and enhance our collective success.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in debt resolution or customer service is helpful, but a positive attitude is a must!
• Excellent communication skills with an emphasis on empathy and understanding.
• A knack for negotiation and problem-solving.
• Organizational skills to keep track of client information and agreements.
• A desire to work in a supportive and friendly team environment.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus!
