Copper Tube Machine Operator – HVAC Manufacturing
Shift: 2nd Shift | Monday thru Friday1:30pm to 12am with overtime
Industry: HVAC / Heat Exchange Coil Manufacturing
Job Summary
We are hiring a Copper Tube Machine Operator to support the production of heat exchange coils, HVAC units, condensers, and copper coils . This role involves operating tube processing equipment in a manufacturing environment while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Responsibilities
Operate copper tube and coil processing machines (cutting, bending, forming)
Set up machines per work orders and specifications
Read blueprints and use measuring tools to ensure accuracy
Inspect finished parts for quality
Maintain a clean and safe work area
Follow all safety and PPE requirements
Qualifications
1 year of machine operator or manufacturing experience
Experience with copper tubing or HVAC components preferred
Ability to read blueprints and measure accurately
Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
Willing to work overtime and weekends as needed
