We are looking for an experienced and motivated Resident Engineer to join our Leadership Team . This is an excellent opportunity for an industry leader to advance your career into an executive position with a growing and dynamic company. This individual should have a proven track record in a leadership role providing successful delivery of major infrastructure improvement projects for Arizona public agencies. The ability to foster strong client relations is essential.

- Possess strong interpersonal, communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Make sound, timely decisions for the benefit of the Client and Company.
- Strong technical writing skills, and ability to convey engineering decisions and concepts to non-technical and technically based audiences.
- Prioritize and meet multiple deadlines.
- Prepare technical specifications and bid documents.
- Participate in strategic marketing pursuits and business development initiatives.
- Engagement in projects throughout the State.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering.
- Registered as a Professional Engineer (PE) in Arizona or be able to obtain an Arizona PE license within 6 months of employment.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience supervising field and office technicians on public works construction projects.
